Weisbrod in Freinsheim

I've done this one a few times. It's a great event space for feeling like your doing an outdoor really farm like event for city people. You can manage to make it in a pair of square heel sparkly shoes and hiking tread tennis shoes will be plenty well for the space. Everytime I went; there wasn't any seating, so whatever is rated for standing. It's a great place to do an outdoor and get decent fresh air space. I don't know if I enjoyed it everytime I went to this one. It's really a space that is great when you just want a space for your friends you already have in-tow. If they had outdoor cooking class-- both demonstration and particaption--I would go to every one of them; even during the coldest winter months. Also a great stop-over during festival time.

The food is good and the dining room and garden are pleasant. Unfortunately, the landlord behind the drinks counter is very unfriendly, which makes you feel unwelcome.

The event on the meadow of the Weisbrod winery was very good. Food and drinks were great, nothing to complain about. The Central house band played during our visit, which of course is always a great experience. Therefor clear 5 stars. The organizers and guests have also strictly adhered to the Corona regulations. But unfortunately a point deduction for the rather poor organization in advance. Reservation by informal email, no information on the rather weak website of the winery, announcement of the band only on Facebook, ... There is still a lot of room for improvement in marketing. But the event itself was first class.
